Pain In Curve Of Neck Due To Reversal. Which Is Bette Device To Get Natural Curve Back- Posture Pump, Neck Release Or Neck Station?
The natural curve in my neck is reversed & it is causing a lot of pain. I am looking for a device that i can use at home to get the natural curve back while going to the chiropractor. Their are three devices i have been looking at but don't know which one will work the best. They are the posture pump; neck release; and neck station. Which one do you reccomend?
