Pain In Forearm Veins In Both Hands, Unable To Do Workout. Remedy?

Hello. I am experiencing pain in my forearm veins. In both hands. Because of which I am unable to do my workouts properly. I cannot do my biceps training due to this. Please suggest me a remedy as this is affecting my workout. And I'm sure the pain is in my vein which is going from the wrist (sideways) towards the elbow. Please help

do you had any injury to forearm
is there any stiffness in your wrist or elbow
any swelling

pain aggrivates on lifting weight?

take rest , take some analgesic , hot or cold fomentation
avoid lifting weights if it agrrivates
there might be some muscle injury to forearm ,so give some rest

physiotherapy - SWD ,USG
you need MRI wrist
