Pain In Front Of Both Legs, Going Into Quadriceps And Into The Bone Of Lower Legs, Reduced Strength. No Fever. Suggest

yes, I have pain in the front of both legs, sometimes in one side more than the other. It is aching going into the quadriceps. I can't tell if it is coming from my back, my hip, or my knees. When it it bad it seems to goes lateral into the bone of my lower leg. I have lost strength in my quads also. No wt. loss. No fever. No trauma. It goes away completely when supine.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, it appears to be the sciatica, due to pressure on the sciatic nerve, due to some malformation of the opening through which it is coming out into the theigh, so will have relief or increase in pain with the posture.
I to my patient with such symptoms prescribe neurotropic injections for 5 consecutive days, ofloxacin, protiolytics, anti inflamatories, for correcting the infection also if any by pressure. Thank you.
