Pain In Left Flank, Bright Red With Tissue Stools, Nausea, Frequent Passing Stools. History Of Passing Kidney Stones. Advice
I passed kidney stones 3 days ago. It ended up being a 5 day ordeal and was very rough. Now, 3 days later, I have pain in left flank (same side as the stones), and bright red blood with tissue on bowel movement. Pain radiates to left abdomen. I haven't felt right ever since the event, nauseous constantly, go to the bathroom about every 30 minutes or so ( bowel movement with very little coming out). Now it's just bloody tissue that presents. I'm a 49 year old male.
HI Thank for choosing HCM, Kidney stone and the bloody stool are two different entities, large bowl colitis should be rule out, and for that you will have to go for a certain test, first is stool examination with clture sensitivity test, total blood count, infective colitis would also be there, ( Protozoal ), you can discus it with your doctor, Have nice Day.
