Pain In Left Hand In Fingers. MRI Done. Prescribed Preneuroline Plus, Diabtone. Advice?

Hellow Dr. Grief
My wife is feeling pain in her left hand in the fingers last three months.She has taking the medicines last three months ,but there is no relif.Although she has done the "MRI" test in India .She is taking the following medicines
1.PRENEUROLINE PLUS
2.Diabetone PN
3.Macalvit 500 with vitamine D

Hi, thanks for writing to HCM.

The fact that you have been prescribed PRENEUROLIN PLUS indicates that you are suffering from cervical disc disease with radiculopathy symptoms.

If there is no improvement in symptoms, then an Epidural steroid injection may help in alleviating your pain in the hand and fingers. If you don't find any relief even with epidural injection, then surgical decompression may be indicated.
