Pain In Left Shoulder Near Collar Bone, Blurred Vision, Pins And Needles, Cramps In Legs. Overweight. Suggest

I am a 67 yr old female, I am getting pain in my left shoulder, about the collar bone area. Over the past week I have had
a recurring vision blur like glass shard in my left eye. Also a couple of other things, pins and needles and leg type cramps, different to other leg cramps. I am overweight and work as my sisters carer. I have never smoked

The pain in the shoulder area could be dye to frozen shoulder or cervical spondylosis. The other symptoms could be related to diabetes, vitamin B 12 deficiency, thyroid imbalance , etc.
