Pain In Lower Abdomen, Lower Back Pain When Lifting. Detected Collapsing Wall Of Uterus. Overweight. History Of Bulky Uterus. Surgery Required?

i have been diagonesed with a bulky uterus some years ago and had all the tests. I am now 68 years and my doctor who i have confidence with said the wall of my uterus is collapsing. I experience lower abdomen and lower back pain pain when I lift anything . Should I have surgery or as I am overweight would it be helpful if I lost weight.

you have prolapse uterus...
the management depends on the degree of prolapse and clinical symptoms..
if it is in advanced stage, you need to undergo surgery for this..
