Pain In Lower Right Abdomen, Burning Sensation In Stomach, Bleeding On Passing Stools. Cure?

I woke up last week with an aching pain in my right lower abdomen area that lasted about ten minutes. Also, my stomach always feels abnormal lately. Sometimes it has a burning sensation. And when I get the urge to go poo I go and its only a little bit that comes out and it smells very odd like fishy and it is gooey when I wipe and sometimes there is blood . What is wrong with me?

Thanks for your query.You have pain in your abdomen on Rt side and having urge to pass stools but passing stools in very small quantity.These symptoms are suggestive of probably Amoebic Colitis Please get your stool examination done to confirm the same Please take soft diet with curd rice,and banana You can take antibiotics like Ofloxacin and Ornidazole along with antacids after consulting your family physician..This should improve in a week.
