Pain In Lower Side, Feeling Cold, Burning Face, Bloated Stomach, Nausea, Loose Bowel Movements. Help
I have sharp pain in my lower right side, when I move, feel cold and feel like my face is on fire, however I have no temperature. I also have a bloated stomach . When I go to the toilet the pain in the lower groan on the right hand side is extreme. Yesterday before the sharp pain appeared, I felt unwell and a little nausea with loose bowel movements. You help would be much appreciated. Marcelle marcelle.d@xtra co.nz
You may have appendicitis or inguinal hernia which has stuck. Appendicitis gives lower right abdominal pain, nausea, fever or chills, accelerated heart rate. Pain can aggravate when walking. Hernia gives pain more in the groin. Lump should be visible. The pain aggravates when coughing or lifting heavy objects.
Both conditions are urgent, that is why you should not wait anymore. Please visit your doctor. Abdominal ultrasound, blood work, urine analysis, transvaginal ultrasound should be done. Surgery is possible.
Hope this will help. Regards.
