Pain In Right Hip Worsened With Sitting Or Lying Down. Have Osteoarthritis In Knees, Hands, L4 Degeneration. History Of Having Dexascan. Ideas?

For the last 5-6 weeks I have pain in my right hip upon standing and it is worse the longer I have been sitting or laying down. I have osteoarthritis in my knees and hands. Some L4 degeneration. I had a dexascan a few years ago and off the top of my head 2.3 rings a bell? My right knee is worse than the left. The right hip pain feels like a bad bruise. Any ideas or suggestions.
