Pain In Right Side Like Appendix Pain, Poor Digestion, Bloating, Loose Motions. History Of Appendix Removal Surgery. Have GERD. Will Probiotics Help?
Hi Dr, my name is RHSingh , I had a laproscopic appendix removal surgery in april 2012 and post surgery i am still have pain in my right side at the same spot as previous appendix pain, my digestion has become quite poor, lots of bloating, gas and loose motions if i eat some thing heavy..
I also suffer from GERD .. please advise if taking Probiotics will help..
Hi Mr Singh ! Do you eat frequently from outside ? If so, you may be having some kind of intestinal infection, amebiasis being the most common which may be causing this problem. You may get yourself reviewed by your treating doctor, who may advise you for some routine blood tests, and may be an ultrasound/ CECT scan of your abdomen to rule out any other chronic infection giving rise to such symptoms. Wishing you an early recovery.
