Pain In Shins, Calves And Tingling In Toes. Causes ?

I ve been having pain in my shins, calves and tingling in my toes. I was wondering what is causing that? I recently on 8/2/12 had an embolization of a grapefruit sized fibroid in my uterus . I was assuming it was related to that procedure, but realized I was having these problems prior. I don t feel any pain when I m sitting or lying down. Instead, it s more when I get up to walk. Especially at night when I get up to go to the bathroom in the middle of night. Pls help.
