Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
Most probably you didn't attend any doctor at that time. It appears that you may have a
fracture in one of the carpals, causing pressure on the radial or
ulnar nerve causing the pain during the movement.
At rest the nerve may not be touching the bone, but at work it is touching the bone, and causing pressure symptoms.
The other cause could be the dislocation of the carpals at the time of the fall.
I advise you to consult an orthopedic surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have an M.R.I. for conformation.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms, neurotropic injections for 10 consecutive days,
ofloxacin, antiinflamatories, till he attends the surgeon.
Avoid taking potato, tomato, egg, chicken, and sea foods, till you get relief.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery.Thank you.
