Pain On Underside Of Foot, Hobbling. What Is It?

my left foot is in excruciating pain...on the underside of the left side of my left foot...the fleshy soft part...not a joint or a bone... not in the middle like fasciitis ...and in the morning I am hobbling because it feels like there is a golf ball under my skin!!... it gets a little better but throbs day and night...

Thanks for posting your query.

You might suffering from planter fasciitis. In this there is inflammation of planter fascia.

Give some rest to the foot. Avoid prolong standing, use soft foot wear, Do contrast foot bath.

If relief not occur, get examined by an orthopaedician and treatment plan acc. yo that.
