Hi, your problem may be the chronic infection of the intestines, with some gastric irritation. As you have doubt consult a gastroenterologist for diagnosis and treatment.
I to my patients with such symptoms prescribe ofloxacin , ornidazole, omeprazole, and domperidone. and refer to a gastroenterologist.
Thank you.
