Pain Under Ribs, Swollen Area, Nausea, Chest Pain, Heartburn.. Diagnosed With Gallstones, Pancreatis, Peptic Ulcer, Guad. Help

i have been suffering for 3mths and have been in hosiptal 2 times. I have had several ultra sounds MRI scan, xrays, and have been diagnoised wiith Maybe gallstones, Panreastis (sorry for spelling) Peptic Ulcer, Gaud. and so on even registered for having a Heart Attack - but bloods showed negative
All results have come back negative except High Liver and Pancreas Levels.
Bloods show possible HEP C and waiting tests to confirm
I saw a special and he is thing IBS, which after all this time I dont believe thats correct
Systoms
Pain under Right Rib most of the time- Feels swallon and like something is there.
Upper abdominal pain and swelling - Nausea - Chest pain / heart burn - Shortness of breath - hard to breath
Feels like rapid heart beat
I cant do Stomach crunches or Pushups
Exercise sometimes makes it worse
l am so frustrated and suffering

Hi your symptoms, pain under right rib, feeling swallon and raised liver enzymes suggest that you are suffering from liver disease. May be hepatitis.

Since awaiting for blood reports to confirm hep C,in the mean time I advice you to take rest, avoid alcohol and smoking, have food rich in carbohydrate and follow up with your doctor with investigations for further management based on the report.

Have Pan D for symptomatic treatment of nausea and heart burn. TThe further management can be decided only with investigation report.
