Hello I have had ringing in my right ear and dull pain and discomfort for several months now. I have had 2 rounds of antibiotics and tried lipoflavonoid with no change. Feels like a tightness around the ear and kind of blocked up feeling as well. Feel pain and pressure in what feels like behind the ear, but can't really tell where. Have had ear exams without any abnormal results. Seems to get worse after smoking. I'm hoping to narrow the possibilities of what's causing it as well as find a solution. Have used nasal flush and Nasonex as well with no change.
