Penis Stings, Has Numbness While Urination. Had Protected Sex. Is This STD?

Had sex two day ago and now my penis stings slightly when I need to go for a pee I have also been going more often than usual. Would this be a STD? During intercourse I used Performa Durex which kind of numb my penis. We did do anal without a condom but only lasted a few minutes as I wasn t happy do it without a condom. How long would you give it until I went to a Doctor?

HI ,STINNGING OF PENIS CAN BE DUE TO MANY REASONS.FIRST RULE OUT STD BY HAVING VDRL,CUE EXAMINATION.THEN ONLY WE CAN DECIDE THAT IT IS NOT STD
