Periods Not Stopping. Advised Dicyenone , Vit K Injection. Dizzy, Abdomen Pain. Scan Shows Uterine Subserosal Myoma. Advise?

i have been bleeding since 3 weeks now, it started a week after my menstrual period, is still now, i have been to see a doctor, and was given dicyenone injection, and vit k injection both once and is still flowing, i am feeling dizzy and having some abdomen pain, the scan i did last week shows a small uterine subserosal myoma
pls advise doctor

Thanks for the query.
To control the bleeding with your doctor's advice you can follow measures like :
- Taking parenteral anti-fibrinolytic drugs for 2 to 3 days, till stoppage of bleeding.
-Hormonal pills to control the bleeding.
-If bleeding persists D&C.
-Taking treatment for fibroid according to size and symptoms.
So you discuss these possibilities with your doctor and follow her advice.
