Hello,
Welcome to health care magic.
From your description it seems that your son has a bacterial infection of the skin called as impetigo.
It is very common in children , especially in summers.
He will need a course of oral antibiotics. Please consult your dermatologist who will give you the appropriate antibiotic.
Don't worry. It is easily treatable.
Hope this helped.
