Pink Vaginal Discharge, Uterine Bleeding. Negative Pregnancy Test. Ultrasound Shows Small Uterus Size. Prescribed Etosys. Reason?

Hi! I am 34 years old female. I am having light pink discharge from vagina since one day , although a very little, noticed twice. Consulted gynae , who did pregnancy test which was negative. Then she examined me and noticed little bleeding from uterus . Then she recommended ultrasound Tvs which came normal, except the uterus size which was small. Now she has given me etosys MF for three days. My last periods were 10 days late and very scanty . Could that be the reason behind that?
