Post Operation Pain During Bowel Movements, Lower Abdominal Pain While Sitting. Normal? Had Constipation Problem

Hi I am nearly 11 weeks post op and I still am experiencing pain when opening my bowels, or at times even just sitting down can cause pain in my lower abdomen and bowel. Is this normal? I have always suffered a bit from constipation and I am ensuring I don't get constipated now.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
Post-op pain after 11 weeks can be due to intra abdominal adhesions or fibrous band.
Consult your doctor & get one ultrasound scan done.
Take plenty of fluid & high fibrous diet to relieve constipation.
Take care
