Pounding In The Head With A Lump Formation After A Fall. Bruise On The Back Of The Head. Is There A Bleeding In The Brain?

So I fell backwards on Friday night and smacked my head against a door. It s now Monday night and my head is pounding. I have a lump and a tender bruise on the back of my head and when I step too hard it feels like it s jolting my brain. I m just a bit panicky as it s so uncomfortable nearly 72 hours on. Is it just the bruising coming out or is my brain bleeding .
