Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns. You may give 15 drops of Dimeticone trice times a day to infant. We don't have evidences about safety for infants, that's why unfortunately Dicyclomine is contraindicated in infants under 6 months of age. Instead dicylomin you can use Infacol two droppers full (0.5-1ml) before every feed for 10-14 days or Bonnisan-10-20 drops three times a day for 1-6 months baby
Hope this answers your question. If you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.

Wishing your baby good health.
