Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears to be the gastric irritation due to the tablets, usually comes by taking them in empty stomach.
I advise you to consult your doctor for treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms omeprazole, domperidone, and anaesthetic antacid gel.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and
protein rich foods to hasten the recovery.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
