Prescribed Mifeprin Kit For Abortion, Heavy Bleeding, Ultrasound Showed Cyst On Ovary, Prescribed Dronis. Stomach Huge. Pregnant?

Hello dr, Am preganant for 4weeks and my dr prescribed mifeprin kit for abortion, on aug23 i took & next day mrng got heavy bleeding for 5-7days and took u/s result shows cyst on right ovary and my dr prescribed dronis30 for 21days from day1 on my periods. but still am worried that am pregnant. Bcoz my stomach looks like huge as pregnant women. But my scan reports shows....
Uterus- size normal9*5.1*4.5CM, anterveted, myometrical echoes normal, endometrium appears normal measured8mm, cavity free, no uterine fibroid.
Ovaries - Both ovaries imaged &appear normal. dominent follicle seen in right ovary. Right ovary measured 3.1*2.3cm , Left ovary 3*2cm.
Cul-de-sac - NAD, Both pleural spaces normal., Para aortic region appears normal, No free fluid in the abdomen.

Please let me know that still am pregnant or not.
