Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about what you have been experiencing. What do you mean by irregular menstrual flow?

Primolut can be used to stop menses from flowing especially when the flow is abnormal like in volume and duration. However, after stopping this drug, you should expect a bleeding in about 3days. Irregular menses is so broad a term represents so many different conditions. I cannot tell exactly what you refer when you use it, how you should have been prescribed this drug and whether this makes the best choice for you without getting precisions from you. If you can follow up with me and report your symptoms accurately, I will be able to make the right impression and propose to you with the right prescription regimen or propose alternatives.

For now, allow the flow to continue and stop while you see medical attention if it should become too much or last a little longer. Also, consider following up with me if you so desire and I will offer personalised help.

I hope you find this helpful and it addresses your query fully. Thank you so much for using our services and feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be. I wish you the best of health.
