hi
welcome to hcm forum

as per your history you have said that you have ivdp and an injury to foot and ankle with floating bone.
i would advice you that you meet an arthopaedics who can cure of your problem. he would advice you for mri spine to rule ivdp and to know which nerve root is getting compressed and to decide whetehr you requrie any surgical tratment

for the foot and ankle i would like to knwow the skin condition of your foot and the xray to know which bone is floating and the status of the other bones. so for this i would like to advice you to see an orthopaedics as soon as possiible.

for the time being you avoid bening forward and lifting the weight avoid travelling in the bus
take reat and physiotherapy with analgesic
wish you early recovery
