Psoriasis. Patches On Skin, Itchiness In Arms, Legs, Torso, No Rashes. What Is It?

Male, early 30's, developed patches of what looks like psoriasis about a month ago around knees, began developing a rash that has spread to arms, under arms, side torso, and legs. They do itch. There are two other persons in the household that have not developed any rashes. Started noticing bruising on legs and arms. Male is a heavy smoker and drinker.

I would like to know if you are a diagnosed as a case of psoriasis or you feel it to be a psoriasis.
According to me you are suffering from a condition called as atopic dermatitis.
Treatment with steroids may be required,
Please meet a dermatologist for exact diagnosis.
