Pulsation In Lower Abdomen At Night, No Pain

I feel strong pulsation in my lower right abdomin for last 4-5 days. it remains for some time and disappear. may be 5-6 time a day specially during night at bed time. no pain at all.

Hello, you havnt mentioned your age and whether you are male or female. But if there is no pain then pulsations can be normal also.
