Rash On Labia Minora. Having Smelly Discharge. Had Unprotected Sex Many Times But Partner Never Had STDs. Reason For Rash, Discharge?

I had a yeast infection a few weeks ago accompanied by and itchy rash on my labia minora. I took some monistat and the yeast infection went away but the rash (small bumps) did not. They are the same color as my labia and they are not painful, sore, nor itchy. I also have had a smelly discharge, but I had that for a long time now. My partner, whom I've had unprotected sex frequently with for the past 3 months has no symptoms whatsoever. What could be wrong with me? I had sex with someone about 3 weeks prior to my monogamous boyfriend, but we used protection and he had no STDs. Prior to that, I hadn't had sex with anyone for 6 months. I assumed that if I had gotten a disease from the person I slept with 9 months ago, my boyfriend now would at least have some symptoms. The discharge is embarrassing and annoying and I need possible answers!

Welcome to HCM.
If the discharge is accompanied by a burning,itchy sensation or "fishy" type of smell, then you may have a fungal infection. It is very common, and can be caused even by a bit of soapy bathwater getting up there,excessive wetness,bad hygiene and unprotected sex.
Always go for protected sex.
Avoid tight undergarment.
Take proper local care.
Start complete course of oral anti fungal like fluconazole,terbinafine.
Use vaginal tablet (tinidazole,clotrimazole,neomycin,lacti acid bacillus) locally to get fast recovery.
Also go for investigations like cbc,urine,fbs,ppbs,std profile,vaginal smear to rule out diagnosis.
Your partner has to take azithromycin,secnidazole,fluconazole kit.
Get examined by gynecologist for proper diagnosis and medical management.
