Hello Waqar,

In absence of any trauma or injury, the symptoms as mentioned in your post can be attributed to:
1. Deficiency of certain nutrients like Iron, Vitamin B 12, Calcium, Magnesium, etc.
2. Any fluctuation in blood pressure levels
3. Altered blood sugar levels
4. Inadequate hydration & nutrition status.
5. Peripheral neuropathy.
Investigations like complete blood count, estimation of blood pressure and blood sugar levels will be helpful in clinching the diagnosis.

Symptomatic relief can be obtained with nervigenic agents (like Vit B6, B12, Folic acid) as well as multivitamin & mineral supplementation.
Physiotherapy exercises will also be helpful.

There is no need to worry, you will be fine.
Meanwhile, maintain adequate hydration, take a healthy balanced diet & avoid stress.

Wishing a good health.
Take care.

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having some degenerative changes in your lumbo-sacral region producing osteo-artheritis of lumbo-sacral spines giving pinched nerve irritation giving rise this problem.
Go for x-ray lumbo-sacral region.
As you are over weight rule out diabetes as well, as this might produce some neuritic pain as well.
Reduce weight.
Take B1, B6, B12 capsules or shots.
Do back extension exercise.
Ok and take care.
