Hi, welcome to Health care magic forum. The swelling of the legs may be due to immobilization. Physiotherapy may be help full.Lifting the legs while sleeping and crepe bandage may help you. The pains in the hands may be due to arthritis. I advise you to consult an orthopedic surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have M.R.I. for diagnosis. I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms neurotropic injections for 10 consecutive days, and then periodically till the pain is under the control. Avoid taking potato, other tubers, tomato, egg, chicken, and sea foods till the pains are completely controlled. Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
