Red Mark Above His Left Eyebrow And Swelling, Kindly Help

my one year-old fell into the corner of a piece of furniture in our dining room. There is a one inch red mark starting above his left eyebrow. this happened around 10 am today. Now the red mark is still there and he has swelling on his forehead right between his eyebrows. i know the rule is the bump should go out, not it, but i am concerned with the swelling.

Hi,

Thanks for query,

You son got injury and having bruise on forehead.

Swelling is due to collection of blood under the skin.

If swelling is increased then apply tight bandage to stop more blood effusion.
Swelling may come surrounding eyes and stain bluish but do not worry.

Apply ice on it,

After 2-3 days swelling will subside.

Ok and bye.
