Red Raised Non Itchy Bumps All Over Body. What Are They? How To Remove Them?

I have a lot of red raised bumps that started initially on my top of my feet when I was in high school and upon going to the dermatologist he said "these bumps will disappear as easily as they came and laughed and the only thing that caused them to go away was when I went to the beach and upon getting out of the ocean water the vey next day these bumps disappeared and never returned until now and now these raised red bumps are not only on the top of my feet but all over my body and they do not itch but I would like to know what they may be and how to get rid of them?

Hi.Your bumps could be due to urticaria/allergy,other causes would include Tinea corporis or tinea infection of the body,as also drug induced rash. The rash may be self limiting or may respond to antihistaminics and steroids.
