Red Rash Above Knees, Joint Pains In Knees, Hands. Suggestions?

I have a red rash above the knee on both legs. It happened last week after I mowed the yard. I had shorts on so today I wore pants and about 2 hours after I finished mowing the rash reappeared on both legs. It is uncomfortable but not really itchy.
I have also experienced rash on my face, both cheeks close to nose. Joint pain has intensified in knees and hands.

Hi, it appears to be due to some viral infection, and allergy.
I to my patient with such infection prescribes, ofloxacin, analgesics, and levocitrizine.
Avoid taking potato, other tubers, tomato, egg, chicken, and sea foods. thank you.
