Red Spot On Face, Turned To Scab. What Is It?

My daughter had one red spot on her face and two days later it turned into a scab. She is three years old. The next day about 5-7 more fits showed up on her face still just red and she says they don t itch or hurt or anything. Not sure what it is it doesn t look like it does when she had hand foot and mouth, but I don t feel it is just acne since these last few spots all appeared in about 45 minutes
