Red Stinging Rash On Neck, Burning Sensation , Brittle Beau Nails On Thumbs With Yellow Tips. Suggest

I have a red stinging rash on my neck that came out of no where today... I think I had balsamic vinigrette on my fingers and I think it irritated it? It burns when I touch it I'm freaked out... Plus I have beau lines I think on my thumbs.. they are brittle when i clip them and kinda yellow near the tips when they Grow out.... I'm freaking out...

Hi, thanks for your query.
I can understand your concern, don't worry it will get settled.
You seem to have developed contact dermatitis on the neck due to balsamic vinigrette.
You may apply a steroid cream like momatosone furoate twice daily and anti histamine tablet like cetrizine once daily for a week .

You seem to have fungal infection of the thumb nails for which you need oral anti fungal medication by prescription.
