Hello,

A soothing aloe vera gel might be all you need (wash your hands before applying it!).

However, if this doesn't help, a couple of days of mild steroid cream, best in combination with an anti-bacterial ingredient are usually very effective.

I suggest you to visit your doctor for proper checkup and prescription of cream if needed.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
