Hi welcome to Health care magic forum. Thanks for calling H.C.M.Forum. You are 40 years of age, you had a threatened abortion, scaning reads uterus is bulky, with multiple intramural fibroids, in the posterior and anterior wall. endomatrium measures 8mm, no intra uterine gestation sac, internal os is closed. Provisional diagnosis was threatened abortion, but as there is no gestational sac, the pregnancy is excluded, and the uterus is bulky due to multiple fibroids. I advise you to consult a gynacologist for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have fibroidectomy, to get pregnancy, as fibroids are the main cause of infertility. Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. best regards.
