Resveratrol With Chromium Picolinate Or Chromium Nicotinate

Hello, I was wondering if it is safe to take 200 mg of Resveratrol with Chromium Picolinate or Chromium Nicotinate ? I have heard that Chromium can interact in a harmful way with MAOIs, and I have heard that Resveratrol is a MAOI. Thanks. Ratula

hello,
chromium is a trace element needed by the body.
Resveratrol is a stilbenoid, a type of natural phenol, and a phytoalexin produced naturally by several plants when under attack by pathogens such as bacteria or fungi.
its mechanism of action however is not completely understood.
so i would advise you to take the medicines only on advise from your doctor.
i hope i have answered your query.
take care
