Retroverted Bulky Uterus, Myometrium Is Heterogeneous. Lesion In The Ovary. Need Hysterectomy?

hi, i recently had whole abdominal sonography and the report says my uterus is retroverted and bulky. myometrium is heterogenous. right ovary shows a 5.2*5.2*4.7cm large sized heterogenous complex solid cystic lesion and the left ovary is 2.6*1.5cm and shows hetrogenous cystic lesion. multiple sepated lesion adjacent to left ovary and in the pouch of douglas with focal plaques. it also says high possibility of dermoid in right ovary. diffuse endometriosis with chocolate cyst in right ovary.
my gynac say i should go for total hysterectomy. i am 36 yrs old and i had two children with c section. i have been having gradually increasing pains during my menstrual cycle along with intense pain during bowel movement. its come to the stage thta even after taking high doses of pain killers i am barely able to go through the day.
i am not totally convinced about hysterectomy.is there any other alternative?

Your possible treatment on the lines of Western Medicine is only Hysterectomy either total or partial.
Treatment on the principal of CTM and acupuncture is -
1) Stimulate Gall Bladder function.
2) Remove dampness of spleen and stimulate it's function.
Treating doctor will choose the corresponding Acupuncture points and treat you for 10 to 12 sittings. The appropriate CTM oral medicines will go for 6 months.
(Stop using any form of chemical contraceptives oral /Inject. Only Mechanical contraceptive i.e condom will be used)
