Right Tube Coiled, Left Tube Dilated, Distal End Ballooned Up, Hydrosalpinx. Can I Have Normal Pregnancy ?
Hello Doctor!
Myself AAAA , 33 years old. I am diagnosed by my doctor through HSG exam to have Right ube patent( Right tube coiled but free flow of Dye present), whereas, the left tube shows hydrosalpinx dialated distal end balooned up. Please let me know the possibility of Normal pregnancy in me. Also, what is the best cure to get rid of such complications.
In my four years of marriage, I could conceive only once in last year, that too ended up in Missed abortion after 3.5 months becoz, my doctor couldn't sense heart beat even after 3 months.

There are enough chances to get conceive.
Go for ovulation study by usg from 10th to 14th day of cycle.
If there is formation of follicle properly on right side than you can get pregnancy.Otherwise go for supportive investigations like CBC,TSH,RBS,S.B12,S.CAL,TORCH.Start treatment accordingly.
Keep in touch with your gynecologist .
