HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Your symptoms may be related to rhinosinusitis which is inflammation of the nasal and sinus passages. They can occur separately by commonly occur together.

You can try the use of a decongestant combined with the antihistamines. Decongestants can be oral or topical.

NOrmal saline topical nasal sprays or washes may help.

In addition you should consider a topical nasal spray such as nasonex, nasocort, rhinocort, flonase, nasorel.

I hope this helps
