Why Do I Find It Difficult To Breath With My Nose?

hello,i can not breath through nose ..even i have done septoplasty but no help n no change ..i feel pain n pressure around nose,at the back side of it especially.i have done CT scan too, in the first CT after operation,my right ethmoid sinuse had fluid level,i went on antibiotics...these had faded away in the last CT scan,,,but still i can not breath,,,im using rhinocort n sometimes fluticasone,but these r useless i think,please help me,i am a medical students,since i have become aware of the fact that my breathing will never get better,i have become hopless,,i do not like to become a doctor whose patients has not been fully treated..please help me,thank u.
