Runny Bowel Movement With Round Button Like Things Floating Around. What Is This ?
My 91 year old mother in law lives with us and I notice that everytime she has a bowel movement there are little round (looks like buttons) floating around. Her bowel movements are runny. I thought it looked like oyster crackers. Sometimes there is only one, but other times there are multiple. It's just wierd to see.

You should take your mother to the doctor. The strange things in the stool can be undigested food parts or parasites. Runny bowel movement can be caused by partial bowels obstruction due to colon cancer, hyperthyroidism, medicines, bacterial infection, pancreas inflammation.
I suggest your mom to visit a doctor, have blood work, stool tests and colonoscopy.
