Semen Analysis, Sperm Count 51 Million/ml, Motility 43%, Morphology 28%, Motile Sperm Concentration Is 21.9%, What Does It Indicate ?
i did my semen analysis today. The result shows total sperm count is 51 million/ml, progressive motility is 43%, Normal morphology is 28%, Motile sperm concentration is 21.9% and WBC ( microscopy ) is 2-4/HPF.My age is 27 years old and weight is 82kg and height is 5 10

The semen analysis report you have posted is incomplete but still from what you have posted I would say the report is having few abnormalities.
The motility is fine but the morphology of 28 % is on lower side.
Secondly the sperms do not show any WBCs but it is not a major concern.
The morphology can be affected if you smoke tobacco so if you have a habit you should stop it.
Also antioxidants help improve the overall report of semen analysis so I would suggest you to consult your doctor and discuss in detail.
