Severe Chills And Shivering, Stomach Ache And Headache, Vomiting. Have Achalasia, GERD And Had A Myotomy. Are These Related?

I have been experiencing severe chills and shivering, I have a stomach ache and headache I suspect is from the shivering, low grade temp 99.7, was higher at night, vomiting, a bit of stool but not a diarhea type, this has been happening intermittentenly for a week or so, no appetite, but stomach bloated and sore to touch. I have type 3 acalasia, and severe gerd with many nightly aspirations, have had a bellwether myotomy and for fundoplication that seems to have caused the aspirations from gerd. Any correlation to the failed surgery, shivering, low grade fever and stomach problems?
