Severe Pain And Swelling In Knee Due To Sleeping On A Bed Shorter Than Height. History Of Excessive Night Fall. Physically Active. Medication?

My name is saree I am male with 5'11" weigh 250 pounds and having knee problem lately
it all started due to excessive night fall some 2 years back (5 days a week). but it was like i didnt feel it. A year back i slept at my cousin's on a bed shorter then my hight when i woke up i felt severe pain in my knee and it was swollen due to depositioning i think.
I use to be a hockey player not a professional one though a regular one. since leaving the hockey doing running 5-6 miles a day. Even then it happened.
should i do some specific exercise or take any medication??? Your advice needed

Hi, it appears to be the arthritis of the knee, probably due to over weight. I advise you to consult an orthopedic surgeon for diagnosis and treatment.
i to my patient with such symptoms prescribe neurotropic injections for 10 consecutive days, ofloxacin, and anti inflamatories.
