Severe Pain During Periods, Heavy Bleeding. Miscarriage? History Of Miscarriage In The Past

I have been experiencing very strong period pains, and bleeding for longer than normal, however, the blood has within the last few days changed to a watery blood, and i have just noticed a small red/purple tissue looking thing in the toilet.. what is this? I miscarried at 4 weeks in July, and worried it may have happened again?

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The increased bleeding with strong pains in the lower abdomen could be due to an early miscarriage or due to a heavy period. To know the cause, you can get your serum beta HCG levels evaluated.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
